Cancellation Policy
Policy Update: Any rescheduling must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you must reschedule within the 48 hours, Revive must be contacted directly but a 50% rescheduling fee will be applied at your next appointment.
A 50% no-show fee will be applied to your next appointment if you no-show.
If you are a new client and no show, you will be banned from all future online booking.
